There are four pages of photocopiable masters. The files for them are here, but there may be a problem with making the cover etc. the correct size. If you download these files to use them, you will need to load them into an application, such as a desktop publisher, that will let you adjust the size of the final print. Each of the critical documents has a line marked on it that should be adjusted to be 100mm long.
