DASH FREETiming Software This is a copy of Alan Dibley's CADETIM timing software. It is the software used for timing I.E.E. competitions. Many thanks to Alan for permission to put it on the web.
The software can be used with manual timing or with automatic timing using a light beam. If you use automatic timing, the sensor details are given in the opening screen of the software. Note that the sensor must plug into the COM 1 port.
The software is designed to work under DOS. It should work under Windows etc. but we have not checked it. In particular there is no guarantee that it will work on Archimedes machines. If you try it out successfully under an Archimedes emulator, please email me so that I can update this information.
