*    Is PIPPIN turned on?

If nothing at all happens when you turn PIPPIN on:-

*    Is the battery flat?

*    Are you using the correct charger? Only Swallow Systems' chargers will work properly.

If the light and beeper work but PIPPIN does not move, or moves irregularly:-

*    Is PIPPIN struggling with a thick carpet?

*    Is the battery flat?

*    Is there fluff or grit caught under PIPPIN?

*    When the battery goes flat, PIPPIN will usually stop and grumble. This is the most probable cause of all problems.
