The Flash, Note and Pause facilities are supplied for compatibility with PIP. For most people they are not very useful in the simulator.

Flash

The key will tell the PIP simulator to flash. It does this by disappearing and reappearing. You will need to give a number to tell it how many flashes to do.

Note

The key will tell the simulator to play a note of a tune. You must tell it which note to play after each . Note 0 is the lowest note, 9 is the highest.

Pause

The key will tell the simulator to pause for a while. You must give it a number after the key to tell it how long to pause for. The delay varies a little with speed.

If you enter this program:-

The PIP symbol will do nothing for 5 seconds and then flash twice.
