Simulator messages

The PIP simulator gives lots of information to you when something goes wrong. If it cannot handle a keypress it will grumble (a falling sequence of notes) and give a message underneath the graphics area. For example, if you press CM when there is no program, the simulator will grumble and give the message "Nothing to rub out!".

If the simulator runs a program correctly, it will finish with a song (a cheerful sequence of notes), and give a "finished!" message.
